Abigail McMurray is the creator of yeiou {paper objects}. Besides that, she’s a close friend and an amazing person. When I was in Boston at the beginning of October, I helped her with some product photography and environmental portraits.

It’s been interesting to watch her create her passion into a business, and to watch her grow as a person during that process. Like me, she left her full-time job about the same time as I left mine. She studied sculpting and graphic design in school, and later worked as a web designer. Though she still does all of this, it was her love of paper and creating physical objects that inspired her to follow her passion.

You can learn more about Abigail on her site, follow her work on Facebook, or you can browse her Etsy store to explore all of the whimsical and elegant creations she has made with paper.
