All three of these photos were taken at Foster Beach.
Near one of the piers at Foster Beach, I was able to capture the ice chunks floating around in the waves.
For this photo, and the very first one just like it, I laid on my stomach and looked up into the sky to get the clear blue background. It was cold and my thighs hated it, but it helped to have a clean background to capture the detail of the ice.
After a big snow last night, and clear skies today, I decided to make another quick trip to the lakefront to take a few more photos. This time around I focused on more detailed images, rather than landscapes.
