This summer I had a lot of fun capturing EdgeFest 2018 for the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce. As a member of the Chamber, and a resident of the neighborhood, it was great to meet some of my fellow business owners and neighbors while I worked.
This was the first time I’ve photographed a street festival in its entirety. I’ve photographed a number of festivals for vendors and sponsors, but never the entire festival. What I love the most about festivals is the combination of my performing arts and event photography background, and being able to interact and work in a variety of ways.
