This was taken back in August of 2010. It appeared on an older version of the site, but somehow managed to get lost in a redesign. Not sure the exact reason, but I was thinking about this shot the other day. When I couldn’t find it, I thought I would post it again.

Thursday night I took my camera to the Lincoln Park Zoo to play with the Christmas lights. I shot these bokeh shots as an afterthought, but I liked them way better than shots I originally planned.

For the first time in a long time (over a month), I went for a walk with my camera. I spent about three hours walking around the park, then south along the beach, back through another park, then through the zoo.

It was fun and long overdue.
