Foster to Hollywood

Lake Michigan is many things. The animal world calls it home; local areas rely on it for drinking water, the transportation of goods, and for recreation. For me, I also find it inspiring and absolutely beautiful. As the seasons change, and the weather shifts, each day is a different mood and texture.

Art and Advocacy

Since 2016, I’ve documented the changing scenes of Lake Michigan from the beaches of Foster and Hollywood in Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. Previously I would photograph pleasant scenes and ignore unpleasant realities.

Follow my progress as I learn more about pollution in our environment.
